About Me

I am an acccomplished public speaker, sharing my personal and professional journey as a psychiatrist living with a mental health condition.  I weave engaging and humorous anecdotes into a life story that has been one of challenge and hope.  My humanistic theme of triumph over adversity is relatable to all in the most human of ways.  Mine is an inspirational voice that captures the power that lies within each of us to be our best selves.
